I got my XXXX Statement and the was a late charge of $ XXXX.Surprised today to see that they included the XX/XX/XXXX payment with the current payment for XX/XX/XXXX together. This is illegal to do since XXXX is not here. Then they locked my account and I was unable to do the correct payment on line.
