Consumer Complaint: Portfolio Recovery Associates ( PRA ) calls me on a regular basis. They never leave a message if I let it go through. They hang up if I answer. If I call back, they ask about my PRA account, of which I have no idea as they have left no information about why they are calling, or given me any account information. I want to take legal action against them. I have blocked many of their numbers, but they call from locations all over the U.S.
