Consumer Complaint: This debt was reporting to my credit report since XX/XX/XXXX which is not even mine. I tried to disputed with the bureau keep coming verified, but I dont have knowledge of it. I try to contact the creditor to validate the debt they also failed to validate, then I contacted back the bureau says that they creditor failed to validate this debt, which I request immediate delete of the debt. But they bureau refused to remove the debt, it only XXXX I think who deleted. On XX/XX/XXXX I sent another letter to the creditor request immediate validation they failed again to validate. Instead of validate the debt, they put a duplicated account again on my credit report ; the same account number, the same amount {$410.00} and change the opened date to XX/XX/XXXX. They have violated my rights to not notify me by sending me a 30 day notice so I can dispute the debt. The failed also under the FDCPA. Information must be correct and 100 % accurate.
