Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2018 Mobiloans attempted to contact me at XXXX and XXXX HST. prior to establishing who they were talking to they immediately advised via a recording that the purpose of the call was to collect a debt and any information gained would be used for the purpose. I stress that when they called and the phone was answered a recording played advising this was an attempt to collect a debt. There was not attempt to determine who they were talking to prior to the recording.
I believe this is a violation of the FDCPA
