Consumer Complaint: Well I fell behind on a credit card debt. They sent my account to their collection department. They only have one phone number on file. So they called my exhusbands number and gave out all my personal information to him right after they called my number. Some o e named XXXX called my exhusband and told him all about my late payments and how much I owe and they need me to call them. I just barely received a call from them which I was going to return once I got out of work, but couldnt wait at the same time they called me not five minutes later they called my exhusbands number which I never gave them. They violated my privacy consumer rights and embarrassed me.I have never felt so violated from the XXXX company they are under handed and rude. I hope you can stop their horrible practices.
