Consumer Complaint: Navient has been terrible about providing accurate and timely information. Neither myself or the cosigners are ever notified of status changes of the loans or payment changes, therefore late fees incur alongside other unnecessary fees. Customer service is often not helpful and provides varying information between the cosigners and myself when contacted. I honestly feel that I know nothing about my loan because of the lack of information provided. I don’t get mail from Navient and seldom receive emails. I do not even receive confirmation when I call to address errors or issues. I feel that I am being taken advantage of.
