Consumer Complaint: They called my parents house number on a Sunday on XX/XX/18. I don’t even live at this house anymore. Their phone number wasnt even listed on my XXXX XXXX account ( which is where this account originated from ). They called this house about once a day. They call from different numbers. They have more than 20 phone numbers under their company name and they dont even call my cell phone anymore which is the proper number that they should be calling. They called me 3 times on my cell number and that was it. The other times, they try to call my parents house number that I dont even live in anymore. They even have my proper house address that they’ve sent mail to before. I do not want them to send mail or contact this XXXX number ever again. I even just made a payment with them last week too online. Their website even says ” dont feel like talking to us? Settle your debt by paying online ”. Okay, so I did that and I’m still getting phone calls only 3 days after I just paid them some money and they called a WRONG NUMBER on a SUNDAY!
