Consumer Complaint: Approx the end of XX/XX/2015My car had service under a warranty at a dealership in which XXXX XXXX XXXX took the agreement and rented me my loaner vehicle until mine was serviced taking a credit card deposit and my CA DL. Soon after I had received a call from XXXX saying it isnt covered and if I dont turn in the vehicle its being reported as stolen. I returned vehicle and received the bill of {$800.00}. Which in turn was submitted back n forth with no one claiming responsibility and now its been on my credit. I have already exhausted all other methods.
