Consumer Complaint: I make a payment every month and because it is within 120 days I request that it is applied to the principal. Every month they do not apply it to the principal and I have to call and for them to reapply the payment just to the principal.

My 2nd to last payment was made on XX/XX/18. I requested that the payment be applied to principal only for the same reason ( within 120 days ). I’ve called 3 times for them to do this and it is not being completed. It is now a full month. Calling is not resolving the issues.
