I requested explanation of difference in amount and they explained this was amount from original creditor ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ). Confirmed with XXXX XXXX XXXX on same day the amount reported by Hudson Valley that was incorrect. Hudson Valley has requested incorrect amounts and has threatened to sue for account if account is not paid in full amount for balance of {$2300.00}.

Hudson Valley has also never sent out Debt Validation letter to home address after numerous attempts of doing so over the phone and in writing.
