Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX-They continuously lose paperwork. I have had to re-send things several times. Customer service does not seem to understand how to resolve issues. They really seem to have no idea what is going on at all times. They did not process my Public Service Loan forgiveness information. It is 5 months later and received an email that I don’t have it and it lapsed. So I no longer have Public Service Student Loan forgiveness and they seem to refuse to work with me.
