Consumer Complaint: We have been receiving calls for a debt owed by someone that we do not know who may have had my husband ‘s cell phone number before. I didn’t know that the company was looking for someone else until today when the calls started all over again and this time the caller mentioned the person ‘s name but I couldn’t understand what he said. The calls come to my husband ‘s cell phone from NCC Business Services, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, FL XXXX or NCC Business Services XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX from XXXX. I called the number back and got a message that ” If you are? person, ( couldn’t make out name but not ours ) press 1 for an agent ” The first time we filed a complaint our ID for complaint was XXXX and we got a message back that the president was sorry he had bothered us and that it wouldn’t happen again and that we had no debt but this time we suspect there may be a debt belonging to someone else.
