Consumer Complaint: A company called Real Time Solutions is a Debt collection company that was sold a debt by XXXX XXXX XXXX. I had issues with XXXX XXXX XXXX regarding the validity of the debt, date opened, payment issues that they didn’t rectify along with predatory practices of non-disclosed fees, and failure to process payments. They were paid the original loan amount but due to interest, hidden fees, and poor processing practices, along with virtually no consistency regarding the management of the account. Reall Time solutions simply changes the debt date whenever I attempt to file a dispute with a credit bureau. This way the debt will never be removed from my report and will always be inaccurate.
