Consumer Complaint: I’m XXXX years old. Purchased a cell phone from XXXX XXXX XXXX. I maybe make about 3 phone calls a month because I have a land line that I always use. The most I could use the service is for 1 month. Now that has escalated into a charge of $ XXXX.Apparently the collection agency added on alot of money. I tried to settle for 1 month of bill but they refused. They won’t send a statement because they Credence is of over charging me & taking advantage of my age. I will NEVER pay {$460.00} for 1 month of service.
