Consumer Complaint: I went through Ameritech Financial to pay off my student loans and to receive a debt forgiveness. They have been taking a XXXX $ payment each month from my checking account for the past 4 years. I was only suppose to pay for 2 years. Now I have a loan company called XXXX XXXX who reported me to collections because I haven’t paid my loan. I have no idea where my money went for the past 4 years and what’s going on.
