Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, MN has violated the FCRA by filing a collection notice on my credit report without notice. The debt is for a XXXX account. I have never had a XXXX account. XXXX claims to have done an investigation but they would have had evidence of the XXXX credit check if I had ever had an account. So they didn’t actually investigate at all outside of asking the collection company if I owed the money. How am I supposed to prove to them I’ve never had a XXXX account. I don’t have documentation of something I’ve never had
