Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, MN has violated the FCRA by filing a collection notice on my credit report without notice. The debt is for a XXXX account. I have never had a XXXX account. XXXX claims to have done an investigation but they would have had evidence of the XXXX credit check if I had ever had an account.
