Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I went to XXXX Hospital XXXX. At the time of this visit, I was an employee of the Hospital System. I carried the employer sponsored insurance plan as my primary insurance as well as Florida State XXXX. When asked, I presented both insurance cards to the hospital ‘s registration representative for billing purposes. I also presented, by State ID & signed authorization ‘s to treat & bill my insurance. My primary insurance, the employer sponsored, paid {$0.00} & applied {$810.00} to my in network deductible, which left {$810.00} left payable by my secondary insurance, Florida XXXX. The hospital never billed my secondary insurance, instead they billed me the patient, but never actually sent out a bill. I was able to verify this information because I worked in the patient accounting department, doing the insurance billing & collections. My account was outsourced to a third party agency, by the name of Common Wealth Financial, under account # XXXX. I made contact with Common Wealth Financial in XX/XX/XXXX, I advised email to proof that I was covered under Florida XXXX on the date of service mentioned above. In XX/XX/XXXX this item was removed from my credit report, along with account # XXXX, collection account for Date of Service XX/XX/XXXX for {$210.00}. Sometime between today and XX/XX/XXXX, both balances were reported back to XXXX, XXXX & XXXX. I made contact with Common Wealth today, XX/XX/XXXX & was advised this information was not be reported to the credit reporting agencies mentioned previously. In additional, Common Wealth Financial was unwillingly to investigate and/or resolve the issue.
