Consumer Complaint: I have contacted Navient on XX/XX/XXXX via email in regards to what is the name of the debt collector that owns my private student loans that were originally with Navient.
I was a United States XXXX XXXX XXXX from XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/XXXX and made payments while I was a volunteer, the payment amounts were {$50.00} US dollars which was deducted from my readjusted living allowance.
I have struggled to secure a full-time job from XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/XXXX. I would like to know who I should contact about my private student loans that were originally owned by Navient. I have made payments of {$25.00} in XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. I would like to work out a feasible repayment plan on my loans. I would also like to know what my options are for repayment on private loans once I begin a graduate program in the XX/XX/XXXX.
