Consumer Complaint: Collection company have not sent anything in writing. This company is trying to collect a debt that is not owed, there was a billing error that was never corrected. The collection company said they was going to send information after they do an investigation. No information sent to me but they updated my credit report.
Trying to contact them via mail no response. I have not contacted them by phone because they want me to confirm I owe the debt. They could never break down the charges and verify if the charges was accurate or if there was an error in billing.
