Consumer Complaint: In the past, multiple complaints have been registered against this company for not following through in correcting false information being filed with XXXX.

CSR has been reporting to XXXX, that one of my addresses has been XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, KS. This is false. Also, that I have lived at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, KS less than two years. Also false. I have lived at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, KS since XXXX/2014, and never XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, KS. This mess is a result of the incompetency of XXXX at XXXX XXXX in XXXX, KS, in conjunction with CSR of XXXX, KS. Both parties have been given countless opportunities to correct their screw-ups, but did not. I had to pay to get my reports to see what was wrong. Again, because XXXX XXXX and CSR refused to fulfill their legal obligations. As a result, and at the request of the FTC, a formal affidavit has been filed against both parties with the FTC.

CSR is to immediately remove the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, KS address entry from my XXXX credit report, and to indicate that I have lived at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, KS since XXXX/2014. If XXXX at XXXX XXXX in XXXX, KS did her job, none of this would have ever happened. Her corporate office in OK is going to be sent a copy of all complaints related to this matter.

This discrepancy is negatively affecting my mortgage application process.
