Consumer Complaint: Student loan care promised to reduce my monthly payments and it has been over a year now. They charged me {$1400.00} for the service and nothing was delivered. I asked for a refund and they said only a portion of about {$1100.00} will be refunded. I said that is fine at this point I want nothing to do with them. It’s been over a few months and nothing has came in the mail in a form of a check like they promised. I emailed countless times and was told it will be present. Still til today nothing has came in. Please help close these scammers down.
