Consumer Complaint: I have called XXXX XXXX several times and have spoken to different representatives that have informed me t that I qualify for the ” temporary expanded Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program ( tepslf ). ” I know this to be true because I completed 7 years in the program and was placed in the wrong repayment plan for over 3 years so I am a perfect candidate.
