Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2018, I starter receiving calls from Diversified Consultants and the representative was XXXX XXXX from phone number ( XXXX ) XXXX stating about a debt that they claimed I owe for a XXXX bill that I never had in my name. However, I sent in a verfication letter from them that same day inquiring about the bill and requested that they send me something with my valid signature proving that I had some type of legal ties to them via certified letter. In receiving the letter, they sent me a bill which still to this day havent provided me with valid signature. Considering that this business does not have a contract with me for goods or services, nor have they provided me adequate proof therefore I am not obligated to pay this debt.
