Consumer Complaint: I have sent Rash Curtis and Associates 2 verification letters to include that they could legally obtain my medical records from XXXX XXXX. The first one was dated XX/XX/2018. Which I asked for documents showing that they can legally obtain my detailed medical information and verify that I agreed for them to charge 12 % interest on the alleged debt from the original contract. They could not verify that information. I notified XXXX and XXXX about their lack in properly verifying the debt on XX/XX/XXXX. Sent Rash Curtis and Associates a second letter XX/XX/2018. Again, they were unable to provide the requested documents to show that I released my medical information to them and that they could legally have my information. I have also requested that information from XXXX XXXX. I have yet to hear back. Again, I have sent, today, XX/XX/2018, letters to XXXX and XXXX about Rash Curtis and Associates and XXXX XXXX inabilitys to properly provide me with that documentation.
