Consumer Complaint: Per review of XXXX credit report from XX/XX/2018 I discovered an outstanding account that I had no knowledge of and a validation letter was sent out requesting more information. On XX/XX/2018 I reviewed my credit report again and noticed that the account was updated to reflect as disputed however requested validation information had never been received and a 2nd validation letter was sent out. On XX/XX/2018 credit report was reviewed once more and the account remains on my credit report, affects me negatively and I still have not received any validation.
