First Cash Advance – Consumer Complaint – February 14, 2019

Consumer Statement:

First Cash Advanced deposited two transactions of $2500 and then went back and did a returned deposit on both transactions. Now my account is in the negative for +$5000 with returned fees and all. They said I was approved for a loan.

Consumer Action Taken:

I tried over and over again to call and resolve issues with them but they kept hanging up on me and being very rude. They also kept saying they would call me back and never would. They then blocked my calls for a day and I would call right back the next day or with another phone.
