Consumer Complaint: My student loan used to be serviced by ACS which became or was transferred to Conduent. When I try to log in their site to check my loan balance & related information, I get a response saying Conduent is not the servicer for my loan. I don’t know who services my loan now ; the monthly payment is being automatically drawn from my account because this is how I had it set up with ACS, where are the payments going?
