Consumer Complaint: I have been trying for almost 2 months to get information from my student loan servicer about the terms and conditions of my student loans. they have at various points said they would send it then didn’t, said it doesn’t exist, said they have it but can not send it to me, said they have it but are not obligated to share it. I would like a copy of the full terms and conditions of my loan agreement. I’ve never had an issue with any other lenders I worked with on any type of loan to get a copy of the full terms and conditions of a loan. I’ve never seen a contract that was enforceable with only one or two pages of a multi-page contract but that is what XXXX keeps saying is the case. I am asking for what I have been asking for during this entire issue, a copy of the full terms and conditions of my loans.
