Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2018 XXXX XXXX sent a check in the amount of {$55000.00} to pay off our son ‘s student loans. The check was made payable to XXXX XXXX in the said above amount and deposited on XX/XX/2018. We have a copy of the check that was sent showing it was deposited. We are getting collection notices, and they are adding interest to the amount. They ( XXXX XXXX ) can not find where the money was applied to.

We called and talked to a XXXX ( Call center rep ) # XXXX who did not have a clue. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I spoke with a supervisor named XXXX # XXXX who also could not find out with happened to our payment.

Could someone please help us with this problem.
