Consumer Complaint: Paypal Credit has charged me a late fee, because I paid too early.
I received the email statement, and paid right away, however, the payment was applied to the statement period just ending, and not applied going forward. so then, the next period was declared late, because they applied it going backwards.
this is ridiculous. they refuse to reverse the late fee.
I think it’s fraud, for them to send me a notice to pay a bill, that they are not ready to process.
