Consumer Complaint: I disputed this fraudulent debt with Midstate Collection Solutions Inc. numerous times.
Please note that I have downloaded a couple of the Dispute Letters as well as the latest response from Midstate Collection Solutions Inc . I simply ask that they verify and validate the debt by providing me a copy of a contract that has my signature as require by law, however they refuse to do so and only sent a billing statement of which I also downloaded. The billing statement was sent from their Attorney.
I disputed this fraudulent debt with XXXX and they informed me that Midstate Collection Solutions Inc. refused to delete it. I have also included a Fair Debt Collection Practices Act Fine Schedule which clearly states the violations of which Midstate Collection Solutions is liable. I also have researched their Company and have found that there are many complaints about their NEGATIVE PRACTICES. I will mail a INTENT TO SUE LETTER once I complete this complaint. Surely Midstate Collection Solutions believe they are above the law. I also investigated a found that this fraudulent debt was created at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX with XXXX XXXX the date of XX/XX/XXXX. This is XX/XX/XXXX. Surely this Debt has been RE-AGED!!!
