Consumer Complaint: This is not a debt I owe. This is money owed to me from a debt collection agency.
On XX/XX/2018 I sent a letter to XXXX XXXX of XXXX ( XXXX XXXX, DBA EOS XXXX,XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX , MA XXXX-XXXX ). They had sent me a refund check for {$170.00} that bounced. I requested a replacement. Months later I contacted the XXXX XXXX XXXX of XXXX. Complaint was closed then re-opened several times. Still no refund.

I understand this is a small amount, but it means a lot to me. This company is not accredited by the XXXX and has been lawsuits pending.
