Consumer Complaint: Collections agency Diversified Consultants , Inc. continues to pursue me for a debt of {$100.00}, including collections fees, on behalf of creditor XXXX XXXX for cellular telephone service.

I have repeatedly notified Diversified Consultants, Inc. and XXXX XXXX that this debt is not valid.

No cellular telephone service was provided and no mobile/cellular device was connected to the cellular exchange provisioned by XXXX XXXX during the period for which XXXX is attempting to bill/collect.

Furthermore, I was not in any type of long term contract with XXXX XXXX that would have obligated me to pay even if no service was provided or to pay an early termination fee.

The attached bill from XXXX XXXX clearly demonstrates that no service was provided.

In 2015, I lost my cellular telephone and reported this immediately to XXXX XXXX. No other party ever used the lost telephone.

XXXX XXXX refused to provide me with another cellular telephone unless I paid an an exorbitant amount up front and then proceeded lock me out of my cellular telephone account with an erroneous ” fraud alert. ” When I complained to XXXX XXXX Executive Relations about this matter, XXXX XXXX proceeded to ” suspend ” my account on XX/XX/2015 and then reactivate my account on XX/XX/2015.

XXXX XXXX is attempting to collect on a bill for a service that was never provided. My repeated complaints to XXXX XXXX Executive Relations have not resulted in XXXX XXXX making any good faith effort to resolve this matter.

Negative comments regarding this debt have been made to consumer reporting agencies. These negative comments appear on my reports with XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and the XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX.
