Consumer Complaint: I sent a letter dated XX/XX/2018 to Way Point Resource Group for Validation of the alleged debt that mysteriously appeared on my credit report. I did not open this account reported on my credit file. I don’t Know who this company is. I specifically asked for a signed agreement and other supporting documentation. The request was not adhered to they never responded to my letter and Way Point Resource Group continued to report to the credit bureau for the alleged debt. I never received a billing statement from this company I don’t even know who they are. Way Point Resource Group have reported the information to the credit bureaus that I am asking to be deleted. The account does not belong to me.
