Consumer Complaint: Good Evening ; I have disputed this item with the credit reporting agency and with the collection company as shown on my credit report. I spoke with several representatives, and recently with XXXX at First Financial Resources and she mentioned that either my health insurance ( XXXX ) or/and XXXX XXXX ( auto insurance ) should’ve taken care the debt but they haven’t yet. But instead of going back and forth with them, I went ahead and paid off this debt and she agreed that it would be removed permantely from my credit file.
Also there are several inaccuracies with the way it’s reporting and that’s a total violation of FCRA and FDCPA guidelines. But In a good faith effort to resolve the matter amicably, I must demand the company to honor their part of the deal and remove this from my credit as agreed.
