Consumer Complaint: On ( XX/XX/2018 ) I get back a response requesting an ” Affidavit of Fraud Letter ” that it to be filled out, notarized and sent back to them. The Federal Law says, ” the burden of proof ” is on ” Security Credit Services ”. It’s been more than ( 30 ) days.

Security Credit Services # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX , MS. XXXX XXXX File : # XXXX Account : Original Creditor XXXX XXXX ( Rental/Leasing ) Please send me all the information of this alleged debt as to, 1. When did this ( alleged ) debt occur?
2. What was purchased ( s )?

As required by Federal Law, Fair Credit Reporting Act, the following requirement of the credit bureau, 15 U.S. Code, Section 1681i – Procedure in case of disputed accuracy, said ( adverse account ) is extremely injurious to my credit report, please delete this item off my credit ( XXXX, XXXX and XXXX ) reports ASAP.


If you are planning to continue to press this alleged debt ( if not ) rebutted within ( 30 ) thirty days by written response following your receipt of this letter, I will presume your alleged debt to be incorrect and will enforce my Rights against any government agency or person who would violate ( i.e., seizure, levy, lien, etc. ) my Rights willfully or out of ignorance of the Law.

Failure to verify on my written request will constitute an unfair or deceptive trade practice subjecting your agency to civil damages of up to {$1000.00} and attorney fees, and/or Federal Trade Commission action for penalties of up to {$10000.00} per violation per day.

I have examined the statement of fact presented in this letter to the best of my knowledge and belief, is true, correct and complete. A denial of Due Process will be deemed an act of conspiracy and conversion. Please forward me a copy my updated credit report.
