My parents wanted to get a loan of there free and clear property . They where contacted by Valley View Home Loans in Garden Grove CA. My parents not having lots of money got taken advantage of big time . Loss of time and there credit was taken and used for another reason by the mortgage company. They took monies and all there financial documents and used them for bad. My parents lots time and money and know there personal information is on the black market for sale to the highest bidder
Consumer Action Taken:
We tried to contact them and go to there office , No one would see us and made us feel like we are not there clients. We felt really bad and lost by this large building half empty. We sent them letters and e-mails , no refunds , no answers

Im just reading this new post here and am happy to find a place to make my complaint known. I two had a really bad experience with this company Valley View Home Loans , Valley View Mortgage Inc Phone: (714) 367-5125 . Located in Garden Grove California.
My story is after submitting all my Legal documents I found out my credit score had dropped 78 points from all the credit reports they ran !! this hurt me badly. I’m wondering after reading the post above if my personal information has been sold to the black market.
Me and my husband have made a complaint and hired an attorney to recover the lost fees and to recover my wasted time. We are also going to make the complaint to the Department of real-estate and see if that helps us in any way.
Companies like this need to learn you can’t steal from people and you can not lie and take hard earned credit and destroy it for there own personal gain.
My review is negative like so many others I’m reading
