I joined FDR in 4/2017. I paid thousands to find only a couple of bills were paid. There were hidden fees I never saw. Then I saw they pocketed my money more than than the actual debt itself. Then they wanted to consolidate. Of course they did I paid religiously, I didn’t understand that, my laptop, cut off the amounts or were they ever sent I don’t know. The consolidation cost me over $3000 extra dollars, they are still charging monthly fees and interests. What a crook, they are. i am a senior woman, with heart problems,, had 2 car accidents and moved 2 times in 4 months. I asked for my payoff before everything got consolidated. I still am waiting for that answer.
Consumer Action Taken:
I have called them, they are rude, they don’t care, all they want is there money. I want the payoff as I asked before they charged me all these extra fees and interest of 26%. I want a detailed itemization of all the charges, not a charge called Other.
