Im also in final stage 3 process of the restoration credit Dept. I’ve left five phone call messages and left voice mail and now they sent email saying if I don’t contact them n next 48 hrs my account will be terminated.

16:34 called and they said it was east coast time and no one was available and they will email that Dept to call me on Mon. Never did.
6/18/19
Tuesday
13:13 4 min conversation and some one will call me back. Never did.
13:19 3 min conversation and they said they are out to lunch and will be back in 10 min and will call me back. Never did.
13:42 11 min conversation left voice mail to call me back. Never did.
16:57 called Direct Prime #
For the Credit Restoration Dept was kept on hold and finally left my number to call back w/ in a min they said. Never did.
17:04 & 17:08 sent emails to [email protected] but were returned as not valid or in use any longer.
