Consumer Statement:
On June 14, 2019, I was called about a past due to Sam’s Club. The person calling (Valerie ????) could not tell me what I bought, how I bought it, or when I bought it. The amount she wanted was almost $600.00 (six hundred dollars). I was never given a reason why. I was threatened with court and when I lost would then have to pay $6000.00 (six thousand dollars). I went to Sam’s Club and (where I shop at least twice a month) and their credit department had no records of a past due account or any credit account. I was advised by Sam’s Club credit department to not pay it. I still have not received any information about the charge or a paid statement of any kind.
Consumer Action Taken:
I have since called 1-844-324-0319 several times and been told “Since you paid it, we no longer have any of those records.” Then the call was disconnected. I want to know what the money was for. And how did Prime Solutions get my phone number since I’ve only had it about 14 months?
