I entered into a debt repayment plan in April. I had been asking for status on how the payments have been applied since June.
No one responds, no one calls or emails me back. And payments continue to come out.
In late July, I managed to reach a person who told me she’d take care of my request. But I’ve never gotten anything. I have since canceled the program and I’m waiting for my money, to date….NOTHING!
Consumer Action Taken:
I have been very patient. I simply wanted to know how MY money has been applied to the creditors on my plan. No one can seem to tell me. And, my portal on their site says I had $2750 (like NO movement at all).
So I decided to cancel. I followed their procedures in THEIR contract. In late August, I called (and emailed) the person I’ve been dealing with to cancel my program and return my $2750 dollars back to me (after all, it’s my money and it appears NONE of my creditors have had any payments).
I was told it would take 10-20 days. Since August 27 to date, I’ve been given the runaround (they are totally breaching their own contract). I’ve talked to the same person at least 15 times and I’ve been told the same thing, check is on the way OR I will have the owner call you, etc. And still NOTHING!
I see below that you want emails, but there’s too many to send. The date below represents the FIRST payment they took from me.
