Precision Documents – Consumer Complaint – December 5, 2019

Consumer Statement:

On November 2015 my wife and myself Hired Precision Documents to assist us on our financial crisis. At the time we had two outstanding School loans with Wells Fargo Bank, totaling approximately $13,390.00 in which Precision Documents had agreed to assist us in paying them off. Approximately on or before June 2018 we called Precision Documents at 855-332-1054 attempting to get an update on our situation but an answering machine came on the line and stated that Precision Document’s owner had deceased and that they were not in business anymore. It was at this time that we received the devastating news and realized that we had been Scammed. Precision Documents through a third Party, ACE Business Solutions had automatically drafted every month fees for approximately two years a substantial amount from our checking account totaling about $7,000.00.

Consumer Action Taken:

On May 2018 we contacted and filed a complaint with the Texas Bureau Better Business. The Bureau Better Business responded to us and stated that unfortunately because Precision Documents was out of business they would be unable to resolve our dispute.
