United Debt Reduction – Consumer Complaint – January 15, 2020

Consumer Statement:

I enrolled with United debt reduction on 9/2018. they were taking 946.00 dollars every month to pay my debts. they did settle one debt in early 2029 and committed to a settlement with credit control for 500.00 dollars a month. When I called United debt in October 2019 I noticed they were never there so I started to email them and call then every day I event faxed the a letter but never got a response back. In early November 2019 I called Credit control to ask them if they were in fact receiving the monthly 500.00 dollars and to my surprise, they told me the payment were coming in but they received the last payment in July 2019.

Consumer Action Taken:

In November I tried to contact them in every possible way but was unsuccessful so I called my bank and told them to decline and monthly withdrawals from them. I did this so I could try to resolve the issue. I emailed them and faxed them a letter telling them to cancel my account and to refund me the 7645.00 dollars they have from the deposits but I have been unsuccessful.
