A great reader told me about a company named Prestige Business Financial Services that was promising tradelines to boost credit score and lend up to $400,000 in business funding.
What caught my attention was that the services Prestige Business Financial Services promotes seem to all be on separate domain names, and the sales representative uses a gmail.com address.
I’m not saying there is anything wrong with that. It just made me take a second look. So what did I find?
Let’s Look at Prestige Business Financial Services
The company says its “main website” is prestigebusinessfinancialservices.com. That website links to a BBB listing that says Prestige Business Financial Services LLC is located in Honolulu, Hawaii. The BBB listing gives them an A+ rating but says they have only been accredited since May 29, 2020.
The address for the company is listed as:
4725 Bougainville Dr #222
Honolulu, HI 96818-3179
That address appears to be a UPS Store and the #222 could be a virtual address. – Source
I think this is the first time I’ve had to do a business search with the State of Hawaii, and they have a fantastic system. It took just a couple of minutes to get a copy of the business registration update from 2020.
The company says they provide financial services to small business owners, and they list the LLC Manager as Anthony Morgan.
An Anthony Morgan says he is the owner of Prestige Business Financial Services at 2040 Main Street, 175, Irvine, CA. – Source
This site gives us a little bit more information about Anthony Morgan.
“Anthony Morgan is a retired Air Force Veteran with 22 years of military service. Anthony is a Certified Mentor, Author, Speaker that created his own Wealth Creation Program. Anthony is the CEO of Prestige Business Financial Services (PBFS). PBFS has over 30 Funding programs and provides business …” – Source
The company in California says it is operating as Prestige Business Financial services in Irvine. Still, the State does not have any company registered to do business in the state under that name.
The California version of Prestige Business Financial Services says they are “an affiliate marketing firm.” – Source
Kind of an Odd Image to Use
On the Prestige Business Financial Services site boostcreditscore.net, this is the freeze-frame they use for explaining how credit boosting works.
The site promotes tradeline purchase and says, “Boost Score 50+ Points Fast Takes Only 2-4 Weeks.”
The purchase of tradelines is an area you should do your own investigation on before you leap. I’ve written quite a bit about tradelines in the past, click here. But there is this post that might be a must-read and of interest.
It appears Prestige Business Financial Services is charging a possible advance fee for these services. They say, “Also get started today before price increase to $795 on Nov 2.”
After looking at the sites and following links, it appears that Prestige Business Financial Services LLC through its site at prestigebusinessfinancialservices.com is primarily pushing affiliate links for credit and debt services where they earn money or a commission.
For example, the link for credit repair takes you to a page for UCES Protection Plan that says the agent is Anthony Morgan. – Source
There is nothing wrong with those sorts of arrangements. However, where things can run into sticky issues is when the marketing claims can draw consumers into making bad decisions that later land them in hot water. Agents are not necessarily experts in these areas that can require specialized knowledge to avoid making unreasonable claims.
For example, the advertisement PBFS is running in Cleveland Ohio uses a headline that has been associated with problematic claims by others in the past. It says, “Business Term Loans up to $250K; Next Day Funding, Bad Credit Ok!!”
According to Domain Tools the sites below all share a common server.
While the domain ownership is hidden, these domains seem to share a common theme. Keep in mind; not all might be the work of Prestige Business Financial Services. I’ve indicated those I can confirm by looking at the sites.

I think this post has turned into information for both consumers and Prestige Business Financial Services. For PBFS, I would say that while they (there is more than one Morgan associated with PBFS) have the best intentions, some of their marketing messages and material will catch the eyes and ears of regulators.
If anything, this would be a good chance to evaluate the messages and marketing claims they promote and avoid potential trouble.
But maybe that’s just my own opinion.
