Redline Recovery Services Pretends to Work With Woman’s Lawyer

Redline Recovery Services LLC, 11675 Rainwater Drive, Suite 350, Alpharetta, GA 30009 seems to be at it again. They are quickly falling into the rogue collector bucket if they keep up the behavior alleged in the lawsuits below.

Well now a Florida woman has claimed that she had retained a lawyer to represent her with her debt and a Mr. Stewart from Redline Recovery Services called her and left her a message pretending to be the manager of her lawyers office. Not cool.

A quickie search of lawsuits against Redline shows that 2009 was a busy year for them being sued.

  1. I have just received another call from Redline Recovery in Alpharetta, GA. Though the person was very kind this time I informed her that I have told them repeatedly not to call me.
Here’s the thing, they are not calling me about a debt I have had, no, they are harassing me about an imaginary neighbor. I have informed them that I know no such person and that they do not live next door, but the calls kept coming.
I am assured that the person will notate the file to stop these calls, we will see.
Since when is it o.k. to chase down neighbors to collect a debt of any kind??? Where are the laws to protect MY enjoyment of life? Can they really do this?

  3. They have started harassing me by calling and asking for a person I do not know. When I tell them they have the wrong number I am informed that according to their records the person they are looking for is at my number. When I tell them that I have had this number for over two years and that I do not know the person they are looking for I am raked over the coals and quizzed, over and over again. So I have called my attorney and I plan to take legal action.

    • Write them and request that they provide you with a validation of debt…..if you search on the internet you will find a sample. After you request that, they are required by law to stop all contact to you…..

For any of the reasons above they can be sued. You can prepare all the paperwork yourself. In my county, it takes $15 to file a suite if you file per se.
