Just a quick update. It seems in the suit by the United States Trustee against Titan Legal Processing they did not respond and a request for a default entry has been filed.

I have no update on any action the FBI was allegedly investigating regarding Titan Legal Processing.
I received a letter…electronically and hard copy from the FBI that listed me as a potential victim in a fraud investigation being conducted by the FBI. I followed the instructions and am able to see my name on that list on the FBI site. In addition, I was asked to send any paperwork or communications to the FBI regarding Titan. I complied.
Interesting to see it is still moving forward.
