Dave Ramsey Company Pays Out on Employment Discrimination

I previously wrote about Julie Anne Stamps who alleged she was terminated by Ramsey’s company, Lampo Group for being a lesbian.

See the section “Gay Woman Fired” in this post.

In an interesting turn of events, the Ramsey company, Lampo Group aka Ramsey Solutions, has agreed to pay out $76,900 on claims of “employment discrimination and/or retaliation under federal and state law.” – Source

The most interesting line for me in the settlement agreement is “The proposed resolution would allow for the payment in full of all allowed claims of the estate.”

Once the settlement payment is made, Ramsey Solutions will be released from all claims and the case will not proceed to trial.
