Quick Answer: Elite Financial Solutions appears to be a debt settlement company with legitimacy concerns, as clients report losing contact with the firm and being unable to access their escrow funds. Affected customers should file complaints with state attorneys general and contact their banks to trace where escrow payments were sent.
Question:
Dear Steve,
I’m a client of Elite Financial Solutions in Florida. We have up to $5000 in our escrow account through them. They did well on a number of our credit cards; however I can not even reach them anymore.
Where and how do we get our money back? Neither can we contact the Escrow Company that they worked with. Our money is supposed to be in Escrow.

Can we get our money out of Escrow at this point?

Dear Jacinta and Paul,
I’m so sorry to hear you are dealing with this. I answered a similar question from a reader back in 2020. Read Elite Financial Solutions Went Missing, and They Still Have My Money.

I’m not sure where the escrow account was located. Hopefully, your bank can give you details about where your money was sent and who the depositor or recipient was.
The State of Florida does show a current company under the name Elite Financial Solutions LLC registered to do business.
The manager of the company is listed as Zhaofeng Guo.
The address is listed as 5701 Hollywood Blvd, Suite G, Hollywood, FL 33021. – Source
But then again, several companies have registered under Elite Financial Services. I’m not certain which Elite Financial Services you hired.
At this point, I urge you to start filing complaints with the Attorney General in your state and Florida.
