Mesa Rock.
It was easier to communitcate with them before we became clients. We still have a couple companies contacting us directly due to them not accepting Mesa Rock paperwork (namely Power of attorney & cease/decist). Though Mesa Rock keeps deducting $385 from our bank each month, the account set up for us shows there is only $46.00 available. Where has the rest of the money gone? We never hear anything from M.R. yet we leave messages for them on voicemail. We are to the point of cancelling them & stay in debt just because it’s better than bankruptcy. Do not use this company.
i couldn’t agree more!!! they stop talking to you as soon as they get their share. we have 4 lawsuits against us and they haven’t done a thing to remedy the situations. we just got off the phone with them to complain to the manager bert. he totally blew us off. we had to hire a lawyer to negotiate one of the lawsuits it took him litarally 10 minutes and 2 phone calls in those 10 minutes to do something we payed mesa rock to do over a year ago. they’re horrible and scammers. im out $10,000 and now have to pay court costs. we’re filing for bankruptcy!!
S lucas Do you have an attorney? and if not you should file a compalaint with the federal trade . the Austin Texas Better Buisness Bureau, FBIÂ internet fraud, I am out 6000, and no negotiations WE need to ALLÂ GET TOGETHER AND FILE A HUGEÂ LAW SUIT AND PUT THESE GUYSÂ BEHIND BARS WERE THEY BELONGÂ Â
I found the services of Mesa Rock Financial to be very helpful in handling my situation. The initial consultation was very good and was with a guy named, “Bert” who seemed to be very knowledgeable about credit and financing terms and how interest is calculated, etc. He explained all possible options including Bankruptcy. But since I do have some cash-flow and wanted to repay my creditors, I decided to enroll in a settlement program with Mesa Rock.
They resolved about $15,000 of debt for me within the first 14 months at about 30% of what I owed (approx $5,000). I still have a bit more to go to complete but should be debt-free in about another 10 months or less.
I really like the Client Services support and the fact that they provided an attorney for any questions that I had. As well, Mesa Rock has another program called an, Attorney Model that I understand is now available with even more representation. But the bottom line is that they were in touch with me and working on my issues.
I was pretty skeptical in the beginning and did some fact-checking. But I saw numerous actual settlements that had been negotiated by Mesa Rock and the fact that they have Certified negotiators and decided to try the program. No regrets! I would recommend it to anyone, including a family member, to resolve their debt situation.
Settlement was the best financial decision that I’ve ever made. I know that a lot of people on the Internet say negative things about these companies and maybe for good reason in some cases. But Mesa Rock actually did what they said and saved me a ton of money and got me out of a debt situation without having to file Bankruptcy. I’m grateful and feel blessed!
