  1. My name is Alex fender and I retract my statements made in the string of reports and updates concerning David Blair and QuadCap Wealth Managmeent, LLC. To my knowledge, the statements and allegations that I posted against David Blair and QuadCap Wealth are not true, and I should not have posted them. I apologize for posting such statements. I have never communicated with QuadCap Wealth Management, LLC or David Blair, and I have no business relationship with either one. I have requested, and I will request again within three days from entry of the Agreed Judgement and Permanent Injunction now, that Ripoff Report remove this string of reports regarding Plaintiffs and all updates from its websites.

  2. Jacob Hunt and Daniel Vejman are the two parties that have turned what was once a legitimate business into a scam ripping off people everywhere. In 2007, I was recalled to active duty by the Marine Corp. While I was deployed, Jacob Hunt setup a shell company called VRH Sales where he, Daniel Vejman, and a guy named David Blair siphoned hundreds of thousands of dollars out of profits out of FH.

When I returned from my service, Mr. Hunt was not truthful in his dealings and I found out about his breach of fiduciary duty. This was around August of 2009, due to his dishonest actions, I told him I wanted out and we had two options, either buy me out or I was going to take it to court.

Since then, Jacob Hunt as fraudulently removed by name from state records which previously reflected my ownership as stated in the articles of incorporation.

Unfortunately, the police will do nothing in this matter and the courts are slow to act in civil matters. I have now contacted several other states to included Colorado, Georgia, and Minnesota to give my statements to help further their investigations into this scam. At this point, I am going to speak out against these crooks and help anyone else that was ripped off like I was. Please know that Hunt and Vejman ripped me off in the tune of $245,000.

The Attorney Generals Office of Texas and Minnesota are currently suing Jacob Hunts FH Financial. Daniel Vejman is no stranger to fraud either. These two go back as old school buddies at a Arkansas Baptist College. Daniel Vejman represented an Oil & Gas firm out of Dallas that got busted by the Texas State Securities Office and another state investigation in Illinois. Other investors have brought Vejman into court for his fraudulent dealings.

This case is now at the 162nd District Court in Dallas County Texas Cause No. 10-06364-I

If you have been ripped off by Jacob Hunt, Daniel Vejman, or FH1 Financial Service, and you need help with your case, I will provide you with any information I have to help your case. My cell phone number is 214-625-9023 – Alex Fender

  4. Why are you not in control of FH Financial at this time? Why are you letting Jacob Hunt ruin your business and give FH Financial a bad reputation?
